Hygiene & Safety Standards
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item was shipped
- Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened, used, or tampered products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Products showing signs of wear or use
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@myamure.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos if the product is defective or damaged
- Await approval and return instructions from our team
Return Process
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions
- Please return items in their original condition and packaging
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@myamure.com
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
- Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Amure
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time
- If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order
